I headed up to the Prairie Path for a bike ride yesterday into Wheaton with by study materials in tow; so nice to be back on a running trail from last season.  Even better, I was greeted by a fellow regular runner / biker's car.  This individual was often parked at the same trailhead as me all last summer and fall.  Without knowing him (I have only actually seen him twice), this individual always gives me a pleasant reminder.   Combined with the sunshine and near 70 degree weather (also a delightful walk with my biffle and her pups / Jamba Smoothies... loooove green tea matcha) I couldn't have had a better afternoon :)
