Or as is the case in my current life.... Marrieta has two bowls of ice cream, 4 cupcakes, 6 snickers bars, a big bowl of pasta, some french fries and somehow got pregnant a few months ago...

Gestational Diabetes and an oversize baby she'll refuse a C-section for.
(ok sure, its not all diet, I'll give that)
